This Refund Policy applies to all paid Creator Labs programs.
1. Right to withdraw
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your payment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content.
2. Non-refundable services
One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already taken place, and any personalized feedback already delivered, are non-refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@creatorlabs.io including your full name and the program you enrolled in.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
